Participation Guidelines:

To participate, restaurants pledge to serve at least one German Riesling during the month in at least one of the following ways:

  • By the glass specials
  • Flights
  • Food and wine pairings
  • Special dinners or tasting events
  • Other fabulous promotional methods you would like to offer patrons

Wines of Germany provides participants with marketing collateral such as  tattoos, T-Shirts, educational material for staff, and in select cities, print and digital advertising.

The web site will list participants with addresses to drive consumer patronage starting July 1.
